Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you're an adult struggling to prioritize your own well-being, a teen navigating anxiety, or a parent concerned about your child's development.
You don't have to face this alone.
My Approach to Therapy
I specialize in helping teens and adults overcome challenges with self-esteem, people-pleasing, anxiety, and depression. Therapy can help you feel more confident and secure in who you are so you can break the cycle of self-doubt and start enjoying life again.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I use psychodynamic therapy to help you understand how your past experiences are affecting you now. You will recognize unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways to take care of yourself and connect with others.
I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to give you practical skills to manage worries and difficult emotions. This integrated therapy approach gives you the insight to understand your patterns and the practical tools to create meaningful, long-lasting change in your life.

My Approach to Psychological Testing
I offer comprehensive testing for children, teens, and adults who have learning disorders (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia), ADHD, autism, and mental health conditions. I frequently work with individuals who are twice-exceptional (2e), meaning they are gifted and also have learning or developmental differences.
During the testing process, I work closely with clients and their families to uncover the root causes of their challenges in school, work, emotions, and relationships. Fully understanding yourself or your child is an essential first step in getting the right treatment and support.
I strongly believe in early identification and intervention for children who are struggling in school or at home. Understanding and addressing challenges early, when the brain is most adaptable, can profoundly impact a child’s long-term development. When children receive the right treatment from the start, they are less likely to struggle with frustration and self-doubt and more likely to reach their true potential.
